Veronica developed a broad range of HR competencies during 20 years in both local and international roles, where she focused on driving performance through teams and organisations: building leadership skills throughout the organisation, supporting leaders manage change and developing engaged individuals and teams.

Veronica now supports organisations develop their leadership skills and drive change to achieve sustainable transformation through trainings, facilitation and coaching.

Passionate about Leadership and Change, she is constantly discovering new approaches that she translates into simple tools and a pragmatic approach to quickly on-board individuals and teams.

Veronica has a multi-cultural background and speaks English, French, Spanish and Dutch.

Support in building effective organisations / managing change by co-designing the approach and implementing it via workshops, training and coaching.

Design and deliver team development workshops to increase team performance, for both new teams or existing teams that wish to increase their performance, engagement, review their ways of working.
