BC Training’s founder Brenda Cuby is offering a new series of Mindset sessions in November for those of you looking to transform your mindset with happiness habits, using meditation and EFT tapping techniques.

Transform your Mindset with Happiness Habits

Come and transform your mindset with simple happiness habits that will enable you to boost your confidence and be happier.

Each week we will work on small steps which are linked into your biggest priority.

The mindset groups will be limited to small groups so that you will get the most from the experience.

We will talk about gratitude, self-confidence, growing together, relationships and many more topics which will all help you create and maintain healthy happiness habits.

Each session costs £20, but for the month of November you can access the first session for just £10. Booking is essential to ensure your place is secured.

The Transform your Mindset with Happiness Habits are available on Monday 6.15-7.15 pm and Fridays 9.30-10.30 am, starting on Monday 4th November 2019.

Meditation for Mindset

Join our weekly meditation for mindset sessions where we will for 30 minutes meditate for a happier mindset.  Give yourself a boost of happy endorphins and set yourself up for continued success.

We keep the groups small, booking is essential.  The cost is £10 per session, but for November you can access the first session for £5.  Session times are Monday 9.30-10 am and Thursdays at 6.15-7.15 pm.

Tapping for Happiness

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or commonly known as Tapping is a wonderful tool to use to inspire happiness in your mindset. Each week we will tap on happiness to see and feel the difference it makes in our lives.

Each session is 45 minutes; groups are kept small so booking is a must.  The cost of each session is £15, but for November you can access the first session for £10.  Session times are Monday 11-11.45 am and Friday 11.15-12 noon.
