‘When life gives you lemons, make lemonade’ so the saying goes. Sometimes it can be hard to make the best out of any situation and this is true, especially in the workplace.  Stress is the body’s reaction to harmful situations and studies show that it is the most common source of anxiety and tension, often leading to depression and nervous breakdowns.
